Argen Remains Operational

The Argen Corporation

Dear Valued Customer,

As you likely know, California Governor Newsom issued a statewide “stay at home” order effective Thursday evening, March 19, 2020. As always, the health, safety, and well-being of our employees, customers, partners, and community is our top priority.

We have carefully reviewed the information in Governor Newsom’s order. As a medical device company whose systems, assets, and networks support the broader healthcare sector, Argen is categorized as an integral asset of the healthcare sector. Our production and quality control personnel will continue working at production facilities. All other, non-essential, personnel will adhere to the “stay at home” order.

Therefore, Argen will remain operational and can continue to service your needs.

We are following our Business Continuity Plan under the guidance of our Argen COVID-19 Task Force. We are continuing with protective measures, including:

  • 6 foot social distancing
  • Separation of shifts
  • Increased cleaning and sterilization
  • Elimination of outside visitors to our buildings
  • Administrative employees working remotely
  • No in person visits from Sales Reps without prior notice

With these and other measures in place, we continue to require additional time to process your orders. We are in regular communication with our supply partners and shipping carriers and currently there are no disruptions in shipping. Cutoff and delivery times are posted on argen.com.

We are committed to supporting you and protecting the well-being of our team during this challenging time while we all work together to provide essential healthcare to our communities. We will continue to monitor the situation and will communicate with you on a regular basis.

If you have questions or concerns, please contact your Sales Rep or Customer Care at customercare@argen.com.

We are here for you. Please be safe and stay healthy!

Warm regards,
Anton Woolf
