Harold S. Baumgarten, DMD, received his dental degree, as well as Certificates in Periodontal Prosthetics and Periodontics, from the University of Pennsylvania, School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Baumgarten is on the Editorial Board of the Journal of Implant and Reconstructive Dentistry and The Compendium of Continuing Education in Dentistry. He is a Clinical Professor of Penn Dental Medicine, Clinical Director - Periodontal Prosthesis and maintains a private practice in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
